Michael J. Fera Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael J. Fera of Colonie, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 7, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Ralph B. Fera. He is survived by: his mother Rita C. DiPace (Cunningham); his wife Michele Fera (Cebula); his son Jason M. Fera; his daughter-in-law Shannon Fera; his daughter Deanne M. DiPace (Fera); his son-in-law Beau A. DiPace; his brother Ralph B. Fera Jr.; his sister-in-law Kristin Fera (Kelly); his sibling's children, Thomas Fera (Kathy), David Fera (Jacqueline) and Michele L. Fera; and his granddaughters, Alana Folmsbee, Alexis Fera, Madison DiPace, Morgan DiPace, Hailey Fera and Milena Fera.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A Mass was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St Clare (1947 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A burial was held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Cemetery (29 Delatour Rd, Watervliet, NY 12189).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Community Hospice, New Karner Road, Colonie, NY.
