He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Bloomer; and his parents, Lawrence Bloomer and Margaret Bloomer. He is survived by: his children, Theresa (Michael Vandenburgh) of Guilderland and Stephen (Beth) of Tallahassee Florida; and his grandchildren, Alexandra of Guilderland, Paul and Philip of Bogota Columbia.
