Though Ruth may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Ruth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Warner and Marjorie Warner. She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Lawton, Sr.; her sister Patricia Flint (William) of Loudonville; and her children, Tammy Hilstro (Gene) of Rensselaer, Pamela Danz (Bryan) of Colonie, Donald Lawton Jr. (Sharon) of Rensselaer and Sandra Burgess (Jeffrey) of Ballston Spa. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
