It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen M. Starks of Colonie, New York, born in Albany, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his brothers, George Starks, Christopher Carroll and James Carroll III. He is survived by : his significant other Cynthia M. Giminiani; his sons, Samuel S. Starks and Nicholas S. Starks; his brothers, William Carroll, Michael Carroll Sr., Jason Carroll (Martina) and Jarrett Carroll (Rachel); and his sister-in-law Patricia M. Gabriel (Alfred). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
