He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Russell Lyman and Catherine Palmer Lyman; his wife Ada Secor Lyman; his child Thomas J. Lyman, Jr.; and his siblings, Stephen Russell, Jr., Edward and Mary.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Passino of Loudonville and Jane Serritella (Joseph DeGeorge) of Colonie; his grandchildren, Melissa Passino (Jack Leary), Mark Passino, Jr. (Nicole), Katie Passino and Janelle Serritella (Ben Kubes); his great grandchild Oliver Thomas Passino; and his siblings, Dorothy Carras and Paul Lyman. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
