In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Timothy leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Timothy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Chotkowski and Beverly Chotkowski. He is survived by: his siblings, Tracy Layton (Brian), Suzanne Fisherauer and Dennis Chotkowski (Kristin); and his nieces and nephews, Joseph Jr. (Kaylee), Joshua Fisherauer (Rachel), Thomas Layton (Morgan) and Jessica Maynard (Holden).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
