Haley of Colonie, New York, born in Catskill, New York, who passed away on January 6, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Arnold Haley; his grandmothers, Ruth Haley and Violet Hallock; his uncle Ernest Hallock; and his stepfather Cliff Fisher.

He is survived by : his mother Marie Hallock Haley; his children, Andy Haley of Albany, NY and Ashley Haley of Florida; and his siblings, Joyce Shortsleeve (Joe), Ricky Haley (Rachel), Cindy Seaburg (Tony Santamaria), Debbie Meyer (Bill), Charles Haley (Paula) and Shirley Sherman (Lenny Mertens). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
