He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Sivaslian and Eleanor Sivaslian. He is survived by: his wife Monica; his daughter Nicole Hall (Adam); his uncle Jim Halburian; his brother-in-law Bill Marsh; his sibling's children, Shelby Smith, Jacqulynn Flauding, Eric and John Larcom; and his great-nephew Grayson.

Face masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
