Card (Timothy); his grandchildren, Alyssa M. Baker, Lauren E. Baker, Dylan M. Card and Morgan N. Card; his sister Diane L. Trzaskos (David); his godson Scott M. Trzaskos (Jessica); and his niece Sheri A. Roberts (Todd). He is also survived by several grand-nieces and a grand-nephew.
