She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leary and Pauline Leary (Scanlon); her husband Peter J. Murphy; and her daughter Katie. She is survived by: her children, Martin Murphy of Colton, Michael Murphy of Colton, Jeffrey Murphy of Colton, Douglas Murphy of Colton, Daniel Murphy (Kali) of Colton, Diane Burns (Carter) of South Carolina, Vera Helfter (Daniel) of Hopkinton and Andrea Bates (John) of West Potsdam; and her sister Helen O'Leary McDonald of South Carolina. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
