He is survived by: his wife Gretta Johnson-Sally; his children, Sean Johnson-Sally (Olivia) and Kelly Johnson-Sally; and his siblings, Ed Sally (Becky), Carolann Moses and Annette Sally. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
