He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Lichtenthal and Cecilia Lichtenthal (Stoeckl); and his wife Carolyn Lichtenthal (Nichter). He is survived by: his children, Marylou Walf (Ron), Thomas Lichtenthal (Jean), Donna Wolfley (Brett) and David Lichtenthal; his friend Judi West; his grandchildren, Kevin Walf (Lauren), Douglas Walf, Laura Wadhams (Andrew), Jennifer Grey (Kyle), Andrew Lichtenthal (Lauren), Christopher Wolfley (Alexandra), Bryan Wolfley (Catherine), Mayson, Emily, Sarah and Michael Lichtenthal; and his great grandchildren, Olive, Alexander, Emma, Blair, Molly, Gwendyln and Grady.
