He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick Vlastelica and Ann Vlastelica. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his siblings, Nanette and Jack (Charli); his children, Lisa Vlastelica (Dave Ruslander), Robert Vlastelica and Dan; his grandchildren, Nick and Dannielle Colandrea; his children, Cecilia, Michael Utzig, Joe, Carly and Glenna Ruslander; his great grandchild Dahlia Acovski; his siblings' children, Beth Walters, Lynn DePellegrini, Dawn Pogue, Amy Vlastelica and Ryan Vlastelica; and his mother-in-law Faye England (GG).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to the Parkinson Foundation.
