He was predeceased by: his wife Ejane; his daughter Kimberly Anne (Richard Walton); and his brother Barry. He is survived by: his son John David, Jr.; his daughter-in-law Annmarie; his grandchildren, Morgan, Ryan and Ashley; his brother Harold, Jr.; Catherine (Tom) and Linda.
