He was predeceased by: his father Donald F. Swartz; and his grandparents, Catherine, Sidney Patten, Eloise and Downton Swartz.
He is survived by: his mother Lucille Swartz; his stepmother Stacy Schwartz; his brothers, Gene Swartz (Lynn) and Randy Swartz (Lorena); his nieces and nephews, Jessica Zembek Kuhn, Taylor Swartz, Gene Swartz, Corey Swartz and Nicholas Swartz; and his pet Rocky.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Osterhoudt-Madden Funeral Home (69 Maple St, Harpursville, NY 13787). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
