He is survived by: his daughter Addison Fleury of Fort Covington; his mother Emily Fleury of West Virginia; his sisters, Melanie Shook (Marshall) of West Virginia and Brenda Denny (Brent) of Malone; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Shook Summers, Ryan Shook, Dylan Denny, Abby Denny and Kelly Denny; his uncle Ed Polowitzer of Connecticut; his close friend Angie Fleury of Fort Covington; his stepchildren, Alicia Ives Lamica (Nick), Will Ives and Ava Rockhill; his stepgrandson Dawson Lamica; and his pet Athena.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery (5 Poplar St, Constable, NY 12926). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
