Though Harold may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Harold leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Phillips (LaGray) and James Lloyd Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Anne Phillips (Flynn); his children, Brian Phillips (Rosie) of Texas, Bruce Phillips (LaMoine) of Texas, Sheila Maguire (Mick) of Potsdam, Marla Kulaszewski of Las Vegas and Stacey Otis of Malone; and his sister Arlene Bishop of St. Regis Falls. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
