It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia M. Pierce White in Cooperstown, New York, who passed away on October 14, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Pierce and Mabel Pierce (Colburn). She is survived by: her stepchildren, Mark White (Patricia) of Granby, MA, Diana White Middleton of Erie, CO. and Jonathan White of West Halifax, VT.; her granddaughters, Rebecca Labonte, Andrea Cartabona, Erika Corona, Sarah Havey and Kelsey Middleton; her friend Sue Parker; and her niece Thresea Murphy (Jared). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnston & Stanimer Funeral Home (60 S Broad St, Morris, NY 13808). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
