He was predeceased by: his father Robert L. Harpp Sr.; and his brother Thomas J. Harpp. He is survived by: his mother Judy Harpp (Shook); his children, Abigail J. Harpp and Nolan Thomas Harpp; his sister Lenora Carr (Jeff); and his nephew Austin.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made in Bobby's memory.
