She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanislaw Babiarz and Julia Babiarz (Witek); and her sister Genevieve Stachniewicz. She is survived by: her family, Diane Stachniewicz, Andrea Hall Stachniewicz and Carolann Moran. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
She spent over 40 years working in the design industry in Manhattan, New York, where her creative designs provided significant contributions to the world of modern fashion.
