We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2025, at the age of 96, Joan McDonald (Coram, New York), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joan has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Barbara, Patricia, William, Frank, Edward, Thomas and Kathy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Michael J. Grant & Thomas A. Marinello Funeral Home (493 Middle Country Rd, Coram, NY 11727). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3442 NY-112, Coram, NY 11727).
