He was predeceased by : his parents, Albert D. Walters and Evelyn Walters (Reynolds); his son Charles, III; and his sister Diane Lewis. He is survived by : his children, Terry Walters (Valerie) of Roanoke, VA and Deborah Hansen (Michael) of Big Flats, NY; his grandchildren, Rebecca Morseman (Ryan), Douglas Mertsock, Maggie Mertsock and Gavin Walters; and his great grandchildren, Brantley and Allison.
