He was predeceased by : his parents, Eva Lucille Mellish, Sr. and Claude Sr. Mellish. He is survived by : his girlfriend Christine Walck; his son Ryan Mellish; his grandchildren, Reese and Rylan; his sister Kimberly Zigas (Noah); his nephews, Misha Zigas (Vanessa Martinez) and Ivan Zigas; his children, Christine and Shirley Ross; and also Linda LaShure.
