Phelps (Justine) of Millerton, PA and Emily Lando (Tim) of Corning, NY; his stepchildren, Jessica Schoonover of Millerton, PA, Amanda Swimley of Bradford, NY, Sara Swimley of Avoca, NY, Amy Abbey of Rathbone, NY, Tony DeWert and Dale; and his brothers, Laverne Phelps (Dail) of Beaver Dams, NY and Stanley Phelps (Shirley) of Yuma, AZ. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren.
