He was predeceased by: his wife Sheila Cartwright (McNeil); his son Martin Edward Cartwright; his mother Gloria Earls (Devitt); his siblings, Clifford Cartwright (Betty), David Cartwright, Betty Case (Walter), Houlda Henshaw (Al) and Emma Goodrich (Jerry); his sister Alberta Blim (Cartwright); his daughter-in-law Jackie Cartwright; and also Eddie.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael James Cartwright (Meloney), Robert Joseph Cartwright, Christopher Allen Cartwright and Floyd Cartwright, Jr. (Amanda); his grandchildren, Natalie Cartwright, Floyd Cartwright, III and Chase John Cartwright; his sister-in-law Janice Cartwright Brown (Ham); and his close friend Eugene Kunzman. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
