He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward Soltysik and Stella Soltysik; and his son Joseph Soltysik. He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Soltysik; his children, Amy Johnson (James), Timothy Soltysik (Tina), George Soltysik (Sharon) and Dziadzu; and his sister Elaine Graf (David). He is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
