He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony P. Costa and Winifred J. Costa (Williams); his brothers, Keith and Peter Costa; his brother-in-law Chuck Gowen; and his nephew Kevin.
He is survived by: his wife Trish Costa of Corning, NY; his sons, Shane Costa (Natalie) of Christiansburg, VA and Todd Costa (Kelly) of Campbell, NY; and his siblings, Karen Gowen of Montrose, CO, Gordon Costa of Phoenix, AZ and Philip Costa of Kings Mountain, NC. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Gerry's name may be sent a veteran service agency of your choice or to your local animal shelter.
