He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Rutledge (Post); his children, Brian Rutledge (Linda Grace) of Chambersburg, PA, George Rutledge (Pamela) of Watkins Glen, NY and Donna Keegan (Jeffery) of Durham, NC; his stepdaughters, Barbara Ray (Rodney Decato) of Tunbridge, VT and Brenda Miska (Kenneth Foster) of Rochester, NY; his son-in-law Daniel Dodge; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Grace-Rutledge, Heather Edmond (Walner), Andrew Keegan, Alan Keegan, Shawn Rutledge, Bethany Rutledge, Karl Ray Jr., Kirsten Ray, Matthew Dodge, Dan Fox (DJ) and Lyle Dodge; and his great grandchildren, Nyomi Edmond, Kira Edmond, Ayu Keegan, Ash Keegan, Esme Church, Ezekiel Church, Kacie Dodge, Nathan Dodge and Alexa Dodge.
