He was predeceased by: his parents, Beulah Marie Portwood and Jackie Lewis Portwood. He is survived by: his sons, Jackson, Thomas, Scott and James; his grandchildren, Brooke and Owen; his siblings, Pam Dummermuth and Mark Portwood; and his adoptive son Yushi. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
