He was predeceased by: his parents, John Pastrick and Eliza Pastrick (Hodge); his daughter Stephanie; and his brothers, Tom and Dan.
He is survived by: his close friend Jo Anne; his grandchildren, EmmaLeigh and Wyatt; his siblings, Jo Ann (Jerry), John (Becky) and Sally; Jessica and Matt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
