He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Webb and Frances Webb (Teater). He is survived by: his wife Maxine Webb of Beaver Dams, NY; and his sons, Robert Webb (Cecilia), Michael Webb (Carol) and David Webb (Christine). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
