She is survived by: her husband David Winner of Big Flats; her children, Mathew Jacobus (Andrea) of Salem, VA and Sarah Reiman (Kevin) of Horseheads; her stepchildren, Tim Winner (Connie) of Kentucky, Kelley Willett of Ohio, Lisa Sims of Georgia and Michelle Winner of Georgia; her sisters, Janet Williams of Coopers Plains and Jill Shepherd of Coopers Plains; her grandson William; and her stepgrandchildren, Mason, Wyatt, Ben, Nathan, Joshua, Jennifer, Cody, Alexandria, Samantha and Jordan. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (17 W Pulteney St, Corning, NY 14830).
