Speciale (Kasey) of Elmira, NY; his grandchildren, Kaili, Austin, Josh, Stephen and Kahliah; and his siblings, Paul Speciale, Frank Speciale, Theresa Kelly and Kathy Speciale Ballard (Dan). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
