She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Welty and Emma Welty (Herns); her husband Carl Bacon; her grandson Chad Bates; and her son-in-law Raymond'Bud'Bates.
She is survived by: her children, Denise Sicotte (John) of Charlotte, NC, William Peterson of Corning, NY, Kathy Bates of Englewood, FL and Bonnie Black of Corning, NY; her grandsons, Larry Enderle, Steve Black and Joseph Black; her great grandchildren, Madison, William Bates, Carson Enderle, Landon Hall and Mason Black; and her sister Marlene Shaul of Painted Post, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
