She was predeceased by: her parents, McKinley Stacker, and Bertha O. D. Stacker, Jr. (House); her husband DeWitte W. Hasty; her son Leonard W. Hasty; and her sister Linda Jackson.

She is survived by: her children, Noel Felton, Claudette Hasty, Claudrene Hasty, Quinton-Alan B. Hasty and Derrick D. Hasty; her siblings, Carol Slater, Umeme Stacker (Jennifer) and McKinley "MacK" Stacker (Oneyda); and her brother-in-law LeRoy Jackson. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren; as well as a host of nieces, cousins and other family members.
