He was predeceased by: his sister Lark Towner. He is survived by: his girlfriend Adriane Daugherty; his parents, Rick Griswold (Lesa) and Linda Faulisi (Bob Perkins); his sister Lindsay Faulisi-Perkins; his grandmother Maxine Faulisi; his nephews, Tobias Towner and Spencer Towner; and his pet Pnut. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
