We bid farewell to Nancy L. Swarthout of Corning, New York, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 9, 2025 at the age of 81. Nancy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur McUmber and Emma McUmber (Ross); her husband Kenneth Swarthout; and her siblings, Patricia Cahill, Sally Crowl and Thomas McUmber.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Swarthout, Dawn Snyder, Lore'Quick (Greg), Billy Swarthout (Caitryn), Greg Swarthout, Michael Swarthout (Carolyn), Jaison Swarthout, Sheila Swarthout, Evin Swarthout and Michele Fitch (Joe Spagnoli); her grandchildren, Chloe Swarthout, Konnor Clark, Karter Clark, Kaitlyn Quick, Ethan Quick, Elizabeth Carson, Emma Swarthout, Derek Konopski, Jacob Konopski, Daniel Konopski, Patrick Fitch and Audrey DeMarie; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Carson and Ava DeMarie.
