It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nicholas Ronald Watlock of Corning, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marjorie Wightman; his parents, Nicholas Watlock and Julia Pluta Watlock; his brother William Watlock; and his son-in-law Frank Chapman.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Watlock (Lauralee) of Charlottesville, Virginia, Christine Chapman of Painted Post, NY and Gina Kostolansky (Edward) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Tara Larson (Markus) of Prattsburg, NY, Patrick Chapman of Painted Post, NY, Alexandra Smith (Michael) of Waxhaw, Amanda Kostolansky of Baltimore, Maryland and Kameron Kostolansky of New York, NY.; his great grandchildren, Isla, Abigail and Eddy; his sister Julie Swackhamer (James) of Horseheads, NY; and his sister-in-law Betty Watlock (Brown) of Huntley, Illinois..
