He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Stull and Ethel Stull. He is survived by: his wife Micki Stull; his sons, Bill Stull (Michelle) and Michael Bowen (Lexi); his grandsons, Gavin Stull, Josh Carter and Peyton Bowen; his siblings, Jim Stull, Fred Stull (Christine) and Becky Towner (Mike); his sister-in-law Brenda Martin; his sister Collen; and his brother-in-law Gary Burlew. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (17 W Pulteney St, Corning, NY 14830).
Norm's largest contribution to the community was his pioneering of the Corning-Painted Post Small Fry Football League.
