For Robin is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren P. Balcom and Sybil G. Balcom; and his brother Loren W. Balcom. He is survived by: his daughter Alexandra Marchand (Toto) of Stafford, VA; his siblings, Kevin Balcom (Diane) and Daryl Balcom (Lisa); and his sister-in-law Barbara Balcom. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
