He is survived by: his wife Judy Costley of Corning, NY; his children, Andrew Costley (Elizabeth) of Osceola, PA, Helen Pierson (Doug) of Corning, NY and Sally Groover (Duane) of Beaver Dams, NY; his daughter-in-law Betty Costley of Knoxville, PA; and his sister Cornelia Scarborough of Wellsboro, PA. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandsons.
