She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood and Thelma; and her siblings, Betty Jean Grover and Delson Elwood Grover (Musgrave). She is survived by: her children, Carleen Marie Webber and William Howard Green of Corning; her grandchildren, Jeremiah Webber, Amy Brewer, Joshua Green, Jeffrey Johnson, Jessica Green, Tiffany Erway and Nicole Dann; her great grandchildren, Josiah Buckley, Alarabelle Brewer, Hailey Green, Lincoln, Presley and Dallas Schuler; her nieces, Kathleen Grover Dixon and Roxanne Grover Storch; and her husband Larry.
Memorial Donations may be made in Ruth's honor to Corning Meals on Wheels, West Caton Baptist Church, St. Jude, Alzheimer's Association, Lifespan of Greater Rochester, or other Christ focused faith-based organizations helping those in need.
