He is survived by: his wife Penny Smith of Sayre, Pennsylvania; his daughters, Heather Smith of Elmira and Danielle Walborn (Adam) of Elmira; his stepdaughters, Racquel Rinebold of Towanda and Tawny Rinebold of Elmira; his grandchildren, Hayden, Adyson, Morgyn, Juliana, Jayde, Raegan and Skylar; and his siblings, Wanda Jacobus (John) of Gibson, Audrey Burdick (Ronnie) of Beaver Dams, Connie Roger (Ted) of Virginia and Daniel Smith, Sr. (Cheryl) of Beaver Dams. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
