He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Palmer and Madeline Palmer (Stoquert). He is survived by: his wife Jill Nordell; his sons, Jefferey and Michael; and his brothers, Richard, Alan and John.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (17 W Pulteney St, Corning, NY 14830). A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's name may be sent to Corning Meals on Wheels or Habitat for Humanity.
