He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Phillips and Charlotte Wildoner Phillips; his wife Eva Perigo; his in-laws, Loren and Reva Perigo; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Morey and Paul Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Wilson (Darren) of Corning, NY; his grandson Benjamin Wilson; his sisters-in-law, Lorena Morey and Jane Fitzgerald; his niece Valerie Morey-Knight; and his nephews, Robert and Lee Fitzgerald.
