He was predeceased by : his father Carlton "Corky" Recor; his stepfather Robert Wallingford; and his sister-in-law Melody. He is survived by : his mother Norma Anderson Wallingford (Anderson); his children, Angela Teeter (Jeffrey), Victoria, Jason, Jerimiah and Kyrstie (Hal); his grandchildren, Tyler, Zachary, Nathan, Samantha (Brett), Jeofferey, Cassondra (Ben), Anthony, Alexandria (Nicholas), Cierra, Haley, Danilo, Kailee, Elaina, Gavin and Addison; and his siblings, Lynn Lawler (Timothy), Danny (Patty), Jack (Lisa), David (Leah) and Paul (Connie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Reed & Benoit Funeral Home Inc. (632 State St, Watertown, NY 13601-2839). A celebration of life was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Watertown Elks Lodge (728 Bradley St, Watertown, NY 13601).
