He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Dugan (Roy Ernst), Judith Echols (Les Echols) and Joan Wilson (Jim Wilson); his sister-in-law Charlotte Dugan (James B. Dugan); his nieces and nephews, Stacy Vacca, Jennifer Dugan Echols, Erin Dugan Echols, Cory Dugan Pulver and Patrick Dugan; and his friend Michelle Thomas.
