He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvan A. Boucher II and Treva Boucher (Campbell); his brother James "Jim" Boucher; and his wife Anna Ewanich Boucher. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Boucher (Natsumi) and Janelle "Nell" Boucher; his granddaughter Marina Zaczkiewicz; his sisters-in-law, Stephanie Ewanich, Elizabeth "Liz" Ewanich and Nancy Boucher; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Dulac (John), Katrice Keane (Tom), Kelly Thompson and Ryan Thompson (Meghan).
