She is survived by: her daughter Catherine A. Lewis (Dave) of Thompson Ridge, NY; her grandchildren, David M. Lewis (Elizabeth) and Jackie D. Lewis (Rose); and her great grandchildren, Cassius, Matthew and Saphira.
