O'Keefe (Martin) of Cornwall-On; his children, Danielle, Theresa Worrell and Thomas Worrell; his granddaughter Sophia R. Gay; and his siblings, Carol L. Brown, Colleen M. Harris (Brian), Denis J. O'Keefe (Christine Jensen), Michael C. O'Keefe and Timothy M. O'Keefe (Melanie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
